So beautiful I didn’t want to use it!

The handle seems to be balanced in a way that it does all the work. It takes no effort at all. It’s so beautiful crafted and perfectly designed. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Miyabi Kaizen chef’s knife is arguably the best knife I have ever used. I have a full Wusthof set, and this blows them out of the water! A very versatile, sharp, and good looking knife that is sure not to disappoint.

Makes cooking much easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have needed a new chefs knife for quite a while. I had read great reviews about this knife and decided to take the plunge. I'm glad I did because it has improved my cooking experience and meals. The knife is very sharp and nicely weighted. The handle fits well in my hand and I am able to finely dice even the toughest of veggies. The look of the knife is beautiful with the shiny waves of steel. Best purchase that I have made in a long time.

I can’t say how well it will perform over a long period of time but at the moment I am pretty pleased with being able to cut veggies and meat so easily
