Perfect balance of sharpness and grace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the sharpest knife I’ve ever wielded out of the box. A lightweight blade with perfect balance. A beautiful birch tang that fits my hand perfectly. I love this knife!

Incredible knife

The design itself is very appealing, but it is also very sharp and holds its edge quite well, only thing to watch out for is that the blade is thin and brittle (which is common for a japanese knife). Overall a great piece of equipment
