Simply beautiful and good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is my first step out of starter knives and into the real knife world. The Damascus steel finish is gorgeous and the knife cuts better than anything I've ever used!

Very sharp. Very balanced. Beautiful. I can only say good things about it. Though I’m not a “professional chef” I do cook every day and very often for very large groups of people, this is my go-to knife.
