Chef's kiss to a knife!

Better than I hoped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knife from my local kitchen supply store. So, I was able to hold it and feel it. I was super excited to use this extreme splurge for me. And it didn't cut like I expected. It was SOOO much better. I didn't know cutting potatoes (the first thing I cut) could be so easy! And the line is light and just fits so well in my hand while cutting

Perfect edge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a beautiful knife. Aside from the pattern on the blade it's so light and well balanced, the razor sharp edge cut through a regular 8" by 11" paper effortlessly and straight down. When I use it there's no awkward feel because the D shaped handle is perfectly shaped for my specific grip. I'm absolutely in love with the product and am extremely excited to see more outstanding products from the Miyabi brand.
