The only knife I'll ever need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this beautiful Kaizen II Chef's knife as a Christmas gift. Works flawlessly for anything I throw at it. Did come with a learning curve: it is far sharper than any knife I've used before and needed to be handled that way. Made one mistake and learned quickly to respect this beast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful product. Im definitely a fan of Damascus. I have larger hands so it's kind of hard to find something that fits well. The product is well balanced, light, sharp, and feels like an extension of my own arm. Everything is seamless and the product cuts smoothly.
