Beautiful chef knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knife to extend my collection but also to use at work almost everyday. At first I was worried it would be too delicate but it cuts and chops anything I need it too. I’m a full time chef so I’m using this knife 60 plus hours a week and it never fails. This knife gives you all the tools you need to continue to learn new tricks while just overall allowing me to be the best knife work chef I can be. It truly has enhanced my skill in the kitchen and given me confidence! An amazing knife, thank you!

Gorgeous knife and so sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift, and used it for years. Amazing, sharp, beautiful, my one and only. Then the tip broke. I called Miyabi and did a warranty claim, and 2 months later, I received a brand new knife in the mail. Customer service is top notch.
