Razor sharp, and holds its edge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The saw overall knife has a wonderful balance to it. The handle fits well in the hand, the blade is razor sharp out of the box and seems to hold its edge well, and it is a gorgeous piece of cutlery overall.

Most amazing knife I’ve ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful blade aesthetically and to use. Makes the brand new Wusthof knife I just got seem dull. So incredibly sharp. Slices through bread, onion carrots and more like melted butter.
