Just what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am already enjoying this knife. Sharp right out of the box. I have other chef knives but this is the best one out of the bunch. I'm still getting used to the handle, which is a bit different than previous knives I have. It is incredibly light as well. I'm glad I made this purchase.

An amazing Knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband received this knife as a birthday present. It is beautiful; he loves it. We have very good household brand knives that we are happy with, but this knife is steps above. I used it at Thanksgiving to slice garlic thinly, mince herbs, slice white and sweet potatoes, and my brother used it to carve the turkey. I love that: it is very comfortable to use, it is a piece of art, it slices so thinly, it requires much less effort.
