[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! this is my first real chef's knife and I cook a lot - can't believe I lived without a good knife all these years. It cuts like butter and slicing and dicing has never been as fun or precise!! Only had it a couple weeks but even with the best care already cut my finger a little - its THAT SHARP! Definitely looking forward to many years with this knife and adding more Miyabi knives to the collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great, feels good in your hand, and wow razer sharp. I will say the handle is round rather than flat so a bit of effort to get used to. but that is part of the design, so cannot fault the knife for that.
