The best Chef knife for a real Chef!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as a gift a few days ago, I am a professional chef for the last 20 years. I have used all kinds of knives, german, japanese, and others. This is by far the most efficient and light performing knife I have ever used. I you are a real cook, you need a real knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Miyabi Kaizen II is extremely beautiful and came with a perfectly sharp edge. The damascus blade and wood handle with the inlay really set this knife apart from others in appearance.
