I have been wanting to get a high quality Japanese chef knife. I finally pulled the trigger and I cannot be happier. I have been using Wustoff and JA Henkel all my life but decided to try this one.
It fits my smaller hand better, allows me to do everything with just a little less effort. I highly recommend!

My new kitchen work horse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my new Miyabi chefs knife. It's my go to for most kitchen tasks. This knife has a wonderful feel in hand while chopping. Potatoes and onions don't stick to it like other knives I've had. Makes chopping much faster and easier.
