Incredible knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way this knife glides through anything you put against it is just incredible. This is my first “luxury” knife and I am blown away. I can toss out the rest of my knives because this is the only one I will be using. Super sharp but easy to control and comfortable to grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first adventure into the more expensive side of knives and I am thoroughly impressed. This knife has a comfortable grip, balanced, and is lightweight. My previous knife set, even when new, tore meat instead of cutting it. I even sharped those knives many times and they still could not make a clean cut. This knife has been amazing and has made cooking even more fun and effortless. I look forward to adding more of the Kaizen II knives to my set.

An absolute dream!

I just got this knife and I've been dreaming of it for months. It is everything I'd hoped for. Beautiful, sharp, lightweight, and feels like an extension of me. I've not had it long enough to comment on how well it holds an edge, how well it sharpens, etc; but rest assured I will update this review if anything is less than stellar! I'm going to go find more things to cut. Cheers!
