Amaizing knife

I have many knifes because I do charcuterie and love quality knifes. I have to admit that I am truly impressed with Miyabi Kaizen II. The balance is perfect and it is incredibly sharp! What an AMAIZING precision and quality !!!

Love this knife! Makes chopping so much easier and faster. It’s sharp, easy to handle, and just feels good to use. I didn’t realize how much of a difference a good knife makes until I got this one.

Been wanting this knife since forever, just got it and WOW!! Life changing for my cooking. Feel like a chef now, can’t wait to add more to my kitchen. 10/10 sharpness and precision!!

Great first Japanese knife and overall nicer knife in general. I like the sharpness out of the box, the finish, and the balance. Will continue to look at Miyabi knives in the future.

3rd Miyabi knife

I just bought this knife as i have had two other Miyabi knives that have been amazing to use. The sharpness of Miyabi lasts such a long time. With proper maintenance honing it, i have only needed to wet stone sharpen ONCE in 6 years which is pretty amazing in my book. I look forward to seeing how this knife does! I do wish they offered Miyabi knife covers to buy for storage.

The best knife Ive ever used

Ive been looking around for a new knife for work for about 2 years and finally decided to purchase this one. Im so glad I passed up every other option this was absolutely worth the wait. It feels like it was made for my hand. Perfectly balanced with a razor sharp edge and precision tip that would make a surgeon blush. The craftsmanship is unparalleled aside from its functionality, wich is 10 out of 10 across the board, it is a stunningly beautiful knife.

Been wanting a Miyabi for years but never bought one. My partner just got me this knife for a Valentine's Day surprise and I can't be more grateful. Beautiful knife, fantastic quality, easily my favorite knife in my stockage. Right out of the box, it cuts through sheets of paper like butter.
