[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person who really does not like many chef’s knives, I was instantly in love! I used this knife at a cooking class and I had to have it. It’s lightweight and very easy to use and control. The handle is perfect! Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was charged with transporting a friends Miyabi 8” to him and instead I ended up keeping it in daily use in my kitchen for 6 months until my own arrived! A bit of a “sorry not sorry” but this single knife has been my go-to for many kitchen prep tasks and I couldn’t be more impressed.
