Lightweight, easy to use Chefs Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this knife among others in a cooking class and found that the Miyabi knife was our favorite. Chef’s knives are usually heavy, but this one is super lightweight, which makes cutting/chopping/dicing easy breezy!! Not too much maintenance on it and we use it every day - highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought in a million years that I would spend money on a quality knife, but Kurt, the sales associate at the Tysons Corner location, Kurt made me re value my perception of knifes; he took the time to show me and walk me through the differences of materials and purposes, I decided to go with the Miyabi Kaisen 8’’, and I love it!!! I never thought a knife could be so sharp! I can literally cut anything with it!. Not only that it feels right like an extension of my arm!! I mean it has the perfect weight and the look is so sophisticated. I'm in love ❤️
