Razor sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Besides being beautiful these knives (6” & 8”) are razor sharp. Best knives I have ever owned (and I have several of another well-known brand of quality knives).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought in a million years that I would spend money on a quality knife, but Kurt, the sales associate at the Tysons Corner location, Kurt made me re value my perception of knifes; he took the time to show me and walk me through the differences of materials and purposes, I decided to go with the Miyabi Kaisen 8’’, and I love it!!! I never thought a knife could be so sharp! I can literally cut anything with it!. Not only that it feels right like an extension of my arm!! I mean it has the perfect weight and the look is so sophisticated. I'm in love ❤️
