Recently purchased this work of art and I’m extremely pleased with the craftsmanship for the price. The balance and the sturdiness of the knife is excellent. One thing I wish it came with is a branded knife guard.

Fantastic Knife, add to your collection

This is my first "Real High Quality" Chef's Knife. I absolutely love it! I have a medium to maybe large hand and the knife feels comfortable, it is well made, balanced and the weight and price are perfect. My next purchase will be a sharpener and probably some additional knives.

Very sharp. Very balanced. Beautiful. I can only say good things about it. Though I’m not a “professional chef” I do cook every day and very often for very large groups of people, this is my go-to knife.

I have wanted this knife for so long. I finally received it as a gift this year. It's lightweight enough to fit comfortably in my hands but heavy enough to cut with ease. The sharpness to the blade is something you just have to experience for yourself. Fantastic knife!
