[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is sharp as can be, and it makes cutting anything a breeze. My old knives were not sharp enough to cut meat without applying insane pressure, but the Kaizen II does the work for you.

It came well wrapped and packaged, and after a quick wash we were ready to cook.
The handle fits perfectly in my hand, and feels just as good in my wife's hand.
We're definitely looking forward to many years of use from this knife, especially backed up with Zwilling's reputation for quality.
