Great knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels amazing in the hand, and looks quite stunning too. Cannot be happier with the performance, but buyer beware, maintenance is not for the lazy. These knives require proper care for longevity, but for me they are worth all the effort. Definitely the knife to get if looking to upgrade.

Best chefs knife I have owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The edge on this is excellent. The handle is comfortable for bigger hands which is sometimes an issue with Japanese knives. Overall by far the best chefs knife ive ever owned
