I bought this knife a year ago, and it immediately became my favorite! This knife is ridiculously sharp!!! Its well balanced, and the handle feels great in my hand. My favorite part however is the warranty. My blade for some reason developed some pitting along the edge. I logged into the website and filled out the warranty info, and they sent me a return authorization and then replaced the knife with a brand new one! I'm a Miyabi customer for life.

Well balanced, easy to sharpen, and comfortable in my hand, I adore cutting with this knife. It has become my most used kitchen tool and has made cooking so much fun
