Wonderful home knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife comes with a 61+ Rockwell Hardness rating, and in all of my knife reviews, this is the hardest knife I have seen to date.
The knife is a full tang, so you can rest assured it’s better for users and less susceptible to breaking, which, let’s face it, when you are spending money on a quality knife, it’s a good thing to know.
Looks-wise, it has a beautiful flower pattern making it visually appealing for pros and new users alike. The lines in the knife handle are unique and give it a very distinguished look.
The octagonal handle is a great tribute to custom knife making and precision. If you are looking for a good entry-level knife at an affordable price point, this is it.

Kaizen II is a real treat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife as a wedding gift and I must say it is not only the most attractive but the nicest knife I’ve ever used. Fantastic for chopping vegetables and so far after used for a couple months it is still incredibly sharp. The only thing it lacks I would say is a sheath or a carrying case for it. I moved some knives around in my knife block and made a spot for it.

Replaces my Henckels Santoku

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used this knife, I knew it would become my everything knife, replacing my existing Henckels chef and santoku knives in my everyday cooking life. I am not a chef, but a very accomplished home cook. My knives are my pride and joy, preferring them over a mandolin or other means of cutting and chopping. I played at first, seeing how thin I could cut a tomato. Wow!
