Knife is beautifully crafted. No gaps, perfect alignment, sharp as could be. Ergonomics are perfect. I love it. Got a great deal at William Sonoma on it.

My fiancé and I are absolutely blown away with the quality and balance of this well-crafted chef knife. Since we’ve had this knife, it is our hands down go to while in the kitchen.

Beautiful knife! I have been looking at Miyabi knives since starting culinary school, and they are 100% worth it. Super sharp, super comfortable. Very balanced between handle and blade.

The knife is balanced very well and is razor sharp, I’ve used it for a week and it holds and edge incredibly well would recommend to anyone unsure.
