The best holiday gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been dreaming of owning my own Santoku-style knife for years and I was lucky enough to get one for Christmas. The blade makes dicing garlic a DREAM and cuts root veg as if it’s butter.

This is our first Japanese style knife and it is amazing. Very lightweight and very sharp. It cuts through everything with ease. I was concerned I wouldn't like the feel of the rounder handle but I got used to it right away.

Amazing knife! Sharp and looks awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a set of global knives for almost two decades, and the Miyabi Kaizen II completely blows them away. This is the sharpest and most balanced knife I have ever used. I love to cook, and it is now the go to knife. It is also amazing to look at and fact it is easier to care for than traditional all carbon Damascus is a big plus! Maybe I’ll put it in a frame?
