Opened the box and the knife was very nice. It's extremely sharp and makes prep work a breeze. Good balance and weight. Recommended

A great addition

Got this to add to the kaizen ii block set as I feel it was missing a second variant of a chef’s knife. This is one is incredibly sharp, lightweight but feels substantial at the same time. A great addition!
