A great addition

Got this to add to the kaizen ii block set as I feel it was missing a second variant of a chef’s knife. This is one is incredibly sharp, lightweight but feels substantial at the same time. A great addition!

Unbelievable quality and craftsmanship! The sharp edge is unbeatable and cuts through tougher items such as ginger or root veggies with ease I didn’t know was possible. The handle is solid and ergonomic, the rocking edge allows for nimble knife work and it’s an absolutely gorgeous addition to our kitchen.
