[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. So inpressed. I’ve recently recieved the knife as a Christmas gift. I’ll admit to some skepticism about expensive knives but this was fantastic right out of the box. I cut through meat effortlessly. I’m looking forward to the next few years of use.
