MINI DISH FOR BRAISER, BAKEWARE, FRYER....!

This braiser cast iron is smaller than any other baking dish, a mini braiser, roasting, fryer, good for sauteing too. Mini dish but it's still very useful especially for single served food.
It is shallow but wide, so easy to stir, and organized every ingredients in one beautiful presentation.
Heavy weight, tight-fitting lid retains moisture creates pressure inside and continually release condensed liquid back onto the food, yielding moist, flavorful results.
Staub cast iron works on all stove top sources including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen. Oven safe up to 900F. Staub cast iron are Made in France.

The sleek graphite grey color is sure to impress as it makes its way from oven to table. Individual servings will never look (and stay) so hot in this cast iron baking dish. The interior nonstick enamel coating will expertly bake and brown food while maintain the ideal internal temperature to keep it warm for a long time.

This is part of a special collection I have of mini serving pieces. I love them in cast iron because of the thermal properties. warm stays warm cold stays cold. Its perfect for buffets or picnics, easy to tote just fill it with goodness!
