[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] High quality knife! The blade is so sharp. So sharp in fact that I slightly cut myself handling it because I have been so used to dull blades! The handle also has a good weight to it. I also love the way it looks in the knife block. Amazing!

It sits comfortably in the hand to allow for maximum control, and the blade stays sharp enough to cut through almost everything, even my finger a few times (oops!). I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking to hone their knife skills to become a cut above the rest!
