Beautiful knife with a comfortable handle and good balance. It appears to be well made and the blade was razor sharp right out of the box. Time will tell how well it holds an edge.

The handle is so comfortable in your hand. It feels so right. The blade is sharp and cuts precisely. Really happy. This was my first real quality professional chefs knife I have ever purchased. I researched many different products and am really happy I got this one.

I am usually skeptical about how long a knife retains its edge, as i've used a lot of knives that have fallen short of what reviews claim. however, this knife is extremely sharp out of the box and still remains as sharp after months of usage.
I would recommend this to a friend!
