Sharp as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is a well designed tool throughout, its sharp so it’s easier to use, it’s handle fits really well in my hand, and it’s beautifully crafted. My brother got one for himself and have been using for over three years, even more now with the stay at home mandate which means more cooking. The only drawback is that it demands more care to keep it looking nice, but I’m ok with it since it makes using it such a joy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Incredible knife

Amazing knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an at home cook for 15 years now and have slowly upgraded my kitchenware and tools. Though I already had a classic high end Wusthof chefs knife, i have always wanted a Japanese blade. I couldn’t resist the Miyabi Artisan when I had the chance. Immediately out of the box, it cuts sharper than any knife I have ever used. Forget the aesthetics, because it is obviously gorgeous, it is the best blade I have experienced. The ease of dicing is incredible. This will be a knife that I pass to my kids someday.

A sharpness unlike any other

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The physical design of the knife is so encapsulating when being used. Just looking at the knife you can see the tentativeness and care that was to taken on crafting it. The edge of the knife is so sharp that it feels like I’m cutting jello when preparing meat. By far the best knife I’ve had.
