Outstanding knife, it’s well worth spending the extra money on a high quality knife that will last a long time. This knife is sharp, very sharp. It’s cuts effortlessly and clean. I’ve been using this for a few years and recently purchased more in different sizes.

I received this knife as a wedding gift and have quickly adopted it as my main kitchen knife. It completes every task with ease including vegetable and meat prep. It feels great in the hand and balances perfectly. I highly recommend.

I love this knife. As a professional chef for 28 years, I've used everything from dollar garbage knives to handcrafted wustof and this is the best knife I've ever used. It's light, fits prefect in the hand, responds deftly to every movement like a razor sharp extension of the fingers. And it's razor sharp too. I will definitely be using professional sharpening services to maintain the edge as well as regular honing and this will be my treasured personal knife for the rest of my life that no one is allowed to do more than admire from a respectful distance. The balance is perfect, and the hammered sides release food well. Easy to clean too, just take care not to shred the cloth you clean it with!
