A lightweight beast

An absolute savage of a knife. Just unboxed the knife and i am left speechless. I have only used Zwilling knives for the past 7 years, and this is by far my favorite thus far. Cuts easily, light and easy in the hand, and an absolute beauty.

This is the 5th Miyabi Artisan knife in my collection, and could not be more pleased. They are a high quality, affordable necessity in any kitchen. Easy cleaning, sharpening and always a conversation piece.

This knife is far and away the best knife I’ve owned. After countless hours scouring the internet for different brands and knives, I’m immensely satisfied with this knife. It is not only effortlessly sharp but it is gorgeous. The Tsuchime finish is an eye-magnet and helps moderately with food sticking. The tip is indeed sharp prominent enough for most tip work.
One, final anecdote: I couldn’t find my bread knife and I was getting desperate so I used this knife to try slicing a farmer’s market sourdough loaf. To my shock, this worked better than any bread knife I’ve owned and sliced right through. I couldn’t believe it as usually, dense bread needs serration and flat edge blades fail.
