The best knife ever. This is the only knife you need for meats, veggies, and fruits. The blade is very sharp.

It is my first true chef's knife and I couldn't be happier with my selection. It is easy to take care of, came out of the box very sharp and looks beautiful in my kitchen.

Perfect weight with a sharp edge
