[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening shifts with mountains of prep work feel like they go so much faster now. The thin light blade and comfy handle makes the morning go by smoothly. Stong steel for more time between sharpenings.

Best knife I’ve ever used!

Amazing chef’s knife

I haven’t sharpened it once since I got it and I use it every day. The balance is also insanely perfect. Feels like an extension of your hand while you’re using it to cut.
