[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening shifts with mountains of prep work feel like they go so much faster now. The thin light blade and comfy handle makes the morning go by smoothly. Stong steel for more time between sharpenings.

Best knife I’ve ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light, sharp, and the handle fits my hand like a glove. I’m the most confident with these knives in the kitchen, and these things are gorgeous. Artisan is the perfect name for the line because these knives are a work of art!

Amazing chef’s knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the sharpest Chef’s knife I’ve ever used and it holds an incredible edge. I haven’t sharpened it once since I got it and I use it every day. The balance is also insanely perfect. Feels like an extension of your hand while you’re using it to cut.

These knives are not only stunningly beautiful works of art, they out-perform any knives I've ever used! They were worth every penny!
