Nice knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is slightly heavier in the hand than some of the other Miyabi products which I like. The design is sleek and it’s very sharp. I tested it out at Sur la Table before buying it and did well.

Best knife I've used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife was super shape right out of the box. I was able to slice meats and vegetables surprisingly thin. I challenged myself to see just how thin. The handle has a great feel. The only thing that is taking some getting used to is the way the blade is extended from the handle. I'm sure this is correct for the style of knife, but I'm accustomed to a traditional design. Overall a great knife
