Best chef’s knife ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the knife as a gift from our son. We totally love the sharpness and size of the blade. The beautiful handle fits my hand perfectly. Like my son and his wife, we argue about who gets to use the new knife. Salad in minutes. Love it!
