Super sharp!

Design is very elegant. I love the brown handles. I own 2 Henckels knives but this knife is very different in style. Handle is very sturdy.
I am so shocked to know how easy it cuts root vegetables! I don’t need so much force to cut carrots, beets and potatoes!
This is extremely sharp, I’m looking forward to using it for harder veggies like pumpkins and sweet potatoes!
