Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worked in the culinary world for over 2 decades and this knife is the most beautifully crafted, sharp and easy to use life I have even owned. I have had Shun and Wustoff and this is above all the rest. It’s light, beautiful to look at and a joy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I cut with the 8 inch chef's knife was a Rutabaga, it was my Mother in laws new knife. It cut thru so effortlessly I was amazed. I raved so much about it she bought myself and her grandson one each for Christmas. I'm so lucky to get a gift like this. Thank you.
