Great balance and sharpness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is exceptional! Everything that everyone said it would be. The only disappointing thing is that it doesn’t come with a sleeve or protective cover! It’s super sharp so can’t just put it in a drawer.

The knife perform very well, it is able to make the thin slices that I have been desiring. Huge upgrade from my previous chef's knife.
