[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed when I removed this knife from the packaging was how comfortable the handle felt in my hand, besides how beautiful the knife is overall. I sliced some sweet potatoes and it sliced smoothly and evenly. This is surely going to be my new favorite chef’s knife.
