[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best chef knife I ever had.
It cut through meat clean and smoothly with no pressure. The tendon in meat is not an issue as well. I use it to clean the bone off a drumstick and it handles perfectly.
Not only for meat but it works perfectly on vegetables.
You do not need to sharpen it often, in fact I use it about an month and it still razor sharp.
Ten out of ten for sure
