[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about this knife. It is beautifully crafted, feels good in my hand, and, importantly is incredibly sharp. It sliced through a potato like butter, producing paper thin potato slices. Simply wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying many different western and Japanese style knives, I settled on the Artisan 8" knife as my all around go to knife in the kitchen. For me, the handle felt comfortable in my hand and was perfectly balanced. Its beautiful as well! The blade is significantly sharper than the competition, and for those reasons it was the knife for me.
