[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this one. I have a few decent knives for the kitchen and this is an exceptional addition to them. It’s well balanced, holds an edge well, is comfortable to hold, and last, but not least is beautiful. I appreciate how the hammered finish serves a purpose and isn’t necessarily just for looks. I’ll keep buying Miyabi in the future. I got a great deal on mine and am more than content with it.
