A high quality knife perfect for the home chef!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time for an upgrade and this knife does not disappoint. It came recommended to me by a couple of other professional chefs and as I hone my home chef techniques this knife is perfect. Super sharp blade and the handle is beautifully crafted and ergonomic in design. While I store it in a knife block I’m tempted to use a magnetic strip instead to showcase the knife blade’s gorgeous blade. I’m writing up a blog post of kitchen tools every home chef must have and this is one that’s definitely on that list.

I actually originally wanted a Wusthoff but this knife was lighter, felt nicer in my hand, and was so beautiful! I was so excited to test it out so I sliced a sweet potato with it when I got home and it went through it like butter! Highly recommend!! :)
