First high end knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful blade and handle! So very sharp; I could shave with it. I was worried that the mirror finish on the upper portion of the blade would be too much, but not at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using old, dull knives whenever I cook and the moment I chopped through a bundle of cilantro, I couldn’t believe how smooth and easy it cut. It saves me so much prep time and since it’s so sharp, the accuracy in cutting is much safer as well!
