[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm an amateur home chef and have to say this is the nicest knife I have ever used. It has a beautiful weight and balance, the handle feels amazing in the hand, it cuts beautifully, and I can't wait to use it for years.

An incredibly sharp knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife arrived in immaculate condition. The knife is beautiful and incredibly sharp. In the note accompanying the knife, it mentions the tools they recommend to sharpen the knife but they don't mention the Zwilling V Edge sharpener. They should mention this as in the Zwilling videos, they do show someone using the V Edge sharpener to sharpen a Miyabi knife.

Amazing quality and sharp!
