Miyabi 8in chefs knife

Perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the very first cut, I had to stop and ask if it was that smooth, that easy, that perfect. The handle is shaped to fit my hand so nicely, and the blade is crazy thin, and obviously unbelievably sharp. This is my first Miyabi, and most certainly not my last.

Great Knife!! Myabi 8” Artisan Chef knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 8” myabi artisan is my new work horse! Couldn’t be happier with my new knife, from the SG2 micro carbide steel blade down to the rose pakkawood handle. This knife is not only sharp/ holds an edge nicely but It will easily handle a busy night of service or simply chop veggies for a stock at home. Overall this knife will not disappoint!
