A high quality knife perfect for the home chef!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time for an upgrade and this knife does not disappoint. It came recommended to me by a couple of other professional chefs and as I hone my home chef techniques this knife is perfect. Super sharp blade and the handle is beautifully crafted and ergonomic in design. While I store it in a knife block I’m tempted to use a magnetic strip instead to showcase the knife blade’s gorgeous blade. I’m writing up a blog post of kitchen tools every home chef must have and this is one that’s definitely on that list.

It's very sharp and makes cutting throughbhard vegetables so easy! To imagine I suffered for so long with just a crappy knife . . . it honestly makes me sad for my past self.
