[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how nice this knife is it’s absolutely beautiful and has a nice handle that I prefer over other brands the woodwork is beautiful as is the blade it is extremely sharp, I’ve cut myself once and it was pretty bad, but other than that I enjoy this knife immensely it’s perfect for working in a professional kitchen I use it every single day and make sure to sharpen it when needed I definitely plan of buying more of this style of knife to have a matching set
