Perfectly balanced chef knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The balance on this knife is perfect for pinch grippers. The knife feels almost weightless using it and much easier to handle compared to a traditional German knife. Speaking of handles, I think this one has the most comfortable out of the Miyabi lines. If you haven’t tried one then definitely do. Even if you haven’t tried one you will be very happy with the purchase.
