Truly Sharp! The best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will buy this brand from now on. Other knives say their sharp but I now believe only Japanese have that razor sharp edge. This is a beautiful knife. Don't waste your money on other knives if you truly like to cook alot. Save your money for a knife that's like this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I learned to cook with western chefs knives, holding this Miyabi knife just felt right! The hammered pattern is a bit flashy but still very beautiful, and I especially like the handle which is solid and feels great in my hand. It is super sharp and lighter than my Wusthof. My only wish is that the manufacturer hadn’t printed all the knife details on one side of the blade - just looks busy and seems a little unnecessary.
