[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy this knife as a treat to myself after moving. This knife cuts better than any that I've used before and I'm sure it will last a long time.
The handle has a nice grip too and good weight. I wasn't a huge fan of the traditional Japanese grips you see on a lot of other knives and this one felt very comfortable compared to the shun knives I tested in the store.
Overall a great buy and I'm looking forward to all the meals I can prepare with this.

Excellent knife, superior quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is extremely sharp and obviously well crafted. The attention to detail on this knife is very high. The design of the knife is beautiful. The knife perform very well, it is able to make the thin slices that I have been desiring. Huge upgrade from my previous chef's knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is exceptional! Everything that everyone said it would be. The only disappointing thing is that it doesn’t come with a sleeve or protective cover! It’s super sharp so can’t just put it in a drawer.

Great balance and sharpness
