The Miyabi Sold Itself

The Miyabi fit my large hands very well and the out of the box sharpness was amazing! I am looking forward to using this in the kitchen as much as possible.

Wicked Sharp and Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As somebody that’s worked in restaurants for the last 10 years I’ve had the pleasure to sample many different kitchen tools over the years! But this knife however is much more than a tool! It is art! As somebody that has used many smaller “artisanal” Japanese knives.. the value cannot be beat here! Fit and finish are leaps and bounds better than the competition, not to mention the quality of the sg2 steel makes this a no brainer!!
